2024 Great Lakes Outdoor Summit

Hosted by the Duluth Area Outdoor Alliance, the Great Lakes Outdoor Summit draws people from across the Great Lakes region to help build new collaborative partnerships to amplify outdoor recreation within our communities.

As we gear up for an unforgettable event celebrating the spirit of the outdoors, we are seeking partners who share our passion for promoting wellness, sustainability, and the joy of getting outside. Your support will not only contribute to the success of the event but also provide your brand the opportunity to connect with hundreds of outdoor recreation advocates and adventurers.

    Sponsorships can be a combination of cash, product, and/or service donations.

    Rates range from $1 to $2,500 and most levels include at least one complimentary registration, a promotional table for networking during the conference, plus many other benefits!

    As a sponsor, your brand will be seen by land managers, agencies, retail businesses, nonprofits, and community members through social media and direct email. At the conference you will have access to 400+ attendees, 25+ speakers, and multiple channels of outreach.

    Below is a full list of sponsorship levels and benefits.

    All sponsors must fill out a     Sponsorship Application.

    Make payments out to Minnesota Land Trust, the fiscal agent for the Duluth Area Outdoor Alliance. 100% of your sponsorship will be allocated to the Great Lakes Outdoor Summit.

Sponsor Levels + Benefits

Every contribution, regardless of its size or service, plays a vital role in supporting the Great Lakes Outdoor Summit. There are many ways you can support the Great Lakes Outdoor Summit!

Sponsorships can be a combination of cash, product, and service donations. Below is a list of requests, if you have other offerings please email us at GreatLakesOutdoorSummit@gmail.com

  • Products: Door prizes, presenter thank you gifts (water bottles, hat, socks, gift card), prize for our volunteer of the year, pastries + coffee, break snacks and beverages.

  • Monetary: Assist with presenter travel + lodging costs, contribute to the Pay It Forward Fund to help cover Summit registrations ($50/person), presenter stipends, etc.

  • In-kind/Service: Photography and videography services, material printing assistance (posters, map, etc.), host and provide gear for an activity, assist with transportation, provide shuttle services locally or regionally, provide licensed childcare on-site during Summit, etc.
